Re-Test Booking Procedure
We are very sorry to hear that you were unsuccessful with your recent Driving Test. If you would like to book a Re-Test we need you to complete this booking form so that we can start the process of finding a suitable date and time for your Test
Additionally, before we can log your request onto our system we will need payment for the Test Fee and the hire of the Vehicle for the Test day. Any extra hours required to this may be paid for at time of confirmation. This completed form can be emailed to us and we will call you by return to complete the booking, or once you have decided on the dates and availability, simply call us and we will take the details by phone – you can also leave this completed form with us after your test and we will call you the following day. Unfortunately, it will not be possible for us to discuss test dates with you on the day of your unsuccessful test as our system requires at least 24 hours to update information and consider short notice options.
It is possible to pay for your Test on a standby basis with payment when a cancellation becomes available, but this method falls outside the guaranteed booking system. Please indicate that you wish to be added to our standby list after having completed the availability section below in the box provided. Unfortunately we cannot discuss the status of a standby test application. If there is test available we will call you.
Currently Tests are guaranteed to be available during the fourth week following application for a re-test. Please complete the availability section below so that we can start looking at the options.
To determine the date of your Test we use the following system:
- The week after payment is Week One
- The week following is Week Two, then Week Three. We will call you by close of business on the Thursday of this third
- week to inform you of the time and date for your Test the following week.
- Week Four is Test Week. When we have received payment we will confirm by email your test week and your choices.
In many cases we are able to offer tests before Week Four and we will call you as soon as we find a suitable match based on your choices and availability from the completed list below. We are unable to respond to calls about re-tests unless we have not called you by Thursday of Week Two – if we have not called you before then it means that unfortunately there are no tests available to match your request.
